Lymphatic Drainage Therapy (LDT) is a gentle, hands-on technique designed to support the body’s natural lymphatic and fluid circulation.
Developed by Dr. Bruno Chikly, this approach uses light, rhythmic movements to identify and encourage the body’s natural pathways of lymphatic flow.
By working with the rhythm, direction, depth, and quality of the lymphatic system, LDT may help encourage fluid movement, support healthy immune function, promote relaxation, and assist the body’s natural healing processes

We always encourage clients to hydrate well prior to their session and following their session as the increase in fluid movement may also increase urine output

As a massage therapist, I would recommend adding Neuromeningeal Manipulation for several reasons.
